Terms of service

These terms apply to saralyx.com and to the software products of Saralyx Intelligence, including GuestMitra (together, “the service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
We provide online software for businesses — for example booking, front-desk, invoicing and community management tools — on a subscription basis. Features may change as we improve the service.
Accounts
- You must give correct details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your staff logins.
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for your business.
Your data and your customers’ data
You own the data you enter. You are responsible for collecting your own customers’ and guests’ data lawfully (for example with their consent and as required by guest-registration rules) and for the accuracy of invoices and tax details you issue using the service. We process that data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything illegal, to send spam, to upload harmful code, or to access other customers’ data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Fees and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown when you subscribe, plus applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment providers. See our Cancellation & refund policy.
Payments between you and your guests
When your guests pay you by UPI or other methods shown in our apps, the money goes directly to you. Saralyx Intelligence is not a party to those payments and is not responsible for them.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We take regular backups; you may also download your data from the app.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or bookings.
Ending the service
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Eluru, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction.
